About Rev1
Where Training Becomes Culture
Our Story
Rev1 grew from years of working inside dealerships, leading teams, and coaching people through the challenges of daily operations. One lesson kept showing up: knowing what to do and consistently doing it are two very different things.
Training can introduce a better way. But learning a skill does not make it a habit. Without clear expectations, practical processes, and ongoing coaching, even good training can fade as the demands of the business take over. Rev1 was built to close that gap.
We work alongside dealership leaders and their teams to turn expectations into everyday habits. Across sales, service, parts, and mobile service, we document the process, coach real guest interactions, help managers reinforce expectations, and measure execution and results.
Lasting improvement requires a long-term plan. Teams need practice, feedback, and reinforcement, and managers need support in becoming effective coaches themselves. That is why Rev1 is built around an ongoing coaching partnership. We stay involved to help leadership address obstacles, strengthen execution, and sustain progress over time.
Our purpose is stronger teams, a better guest experience, and improved dealership performance. Early results matter. Our commitment is to help those improvements become the way the dealership operates every day.
That is Where Training Becomes Culture.

Experience inside the dealership.
Coaching alongside your team.
Tod brings dealership leadership experience, including serving as a dealer group COO, to his work with Rev1. His perspective comes from understanding the demands of running the business and working directly with the people responsible for its results.
His approach is practical and hands on: establish clear expectations, observe the work, coach the behavior, and help managers reinforce the process consistently.
He believes people perform better when they understand what is expected, have the tools to succeed, and receive coaching that helps them improve.
