Develop and implement a standardized sales process, encompassing online engagement through delivery. Role-play customer greetings, needs assessments, and demonstrations

Day 4

Implement lot-management best practices to increase turn and reduce aged inventory. Review factory program compliance and opportunities to reduce CIT days.
